The workspace is where your team, your repository, the worked examples for your challenge and the countdown all live. It is for people who already hold a place — run the pre-flight check, then board.
Signing in uses GitHub. There is no separate password for this site, and we never see your GitHub one.

What signing in asks for
The GitHub account you registered with. That is the whole of it.
Signing in asks GitHub for two read-only permissions: your public profile, and which teams you are in. It does not ask for access to your code — you push with your own git client, exactly as you would on any other project. You can withdraw access at any time in your GitHub settings, under Applications.
Curious what's on the other side? See the workspace design prototype — sample data, for illustration.
What applies while you are there
You accepted these when you registered. Signing in does not ask you to agree to anything new.
